Take part in the only closed road cycle ride through the heart of the capital. The RideLondon-Surrey 100 starts in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, before hitting the stunning countryside and leg-testing climbs of the Surrey hills. Following the Olympic road race route this is really a chance to get a feel for what it might have been like in the summer of 2012. The 100-mile route is on fully closed roads, starting at the new Queen Elizabeth Park and incorporating the stunning Surrey countryside en route to the centre of London, sweeping past iconic sights before a spectacular finish on The Mall. The real challenge is completing the course within the eight and a half hours time limit! Be part of Europe's largest sportive and take on the 100 mile ride for tiny lives. Join Team Action in July on this Olympic Legacy route starting from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London. Cycling on closed roads you'll soon be whizzing your way through the streets of London and then out into the beautiful Surrey Hills, tackling climbs such as Leith and the infamous Box Hill. Achieving your goal you'll then head back to London to a hero’s welcome as you cross that finish line and all to help save and change children’s lives! Join Team Orange this year at Prudential RideLondon to make a difference to hundreds of disabled children and young people’s lives. Cycle the impressive Prudential Ride London-Surrey for Challengers and enable more disabled children and young people to challenge their impairments and have fun! Starting in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East London, riders travel through London into the Surrey countryside, to take on Leith Hill and the world-famous zig-zags of Box Hill. The route takes riders back into London, passing some of London’s most famous landmarks as it makes its way to the spectacular finish on The Mall. Challengers are a local charity providing vital play and leisure facilities for disabled children and young people throughout Surrey, Hampshire, Reading and Chichester. We believe in a world where all children and young people should be able to be together, play and have fun. This should be regardless of their abilities and that the world should be a far more inclusive than it is now. It it remains our mission to ensure that we provide inclusive play and fun for all disabled young people aged 2 to 25 through the schemes we offer. The short breaks that families and carers receive while their children are at Challengers provide a lifeline of support and respite from the challenges of caring for a disabled child.
